Surrounded by Cedar Child & Family Services is expanding its membership and recruiting new Board Members! We are seeking individuals that have a passion for supporting better outcomes for Indigenous children, youth, families, and communities.
- Are you interested in supporting urban Indigenous children and youth in care?
- Are you passionate about being part of and giving back to the urban Indigenous community?
- Do you have a special skill set that would strengthen the governance of an urban child & family services agency?
The commitment: Terms of office are three (3) years. Meetings typically take place once per month, in the early evening. Special things to note: If you wish to become a member you can sign up anytime! If you are interested in a volunteer position with the Board, you must be a member of the Society for a minimum of 60 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
