Good Day SCCFS Directors, Caregivers, Young Adults, Families, and Community Partners, Please join us on May 05, 2023, for our second annual “Our Women Are Sacred” walk hosted on Lək̓ʷəŋən territory. Come together to hold up our children, families, and communities, to honour our sacred life-givers, and to recognize the roles and responsibilities of our men.
Our Women Are Sacred Event Information
- When: Friday May 05, 2023
- Start Time: 10:00am
- Location: Event begins on Hallowell Road (at Admirals Road) and finishes at Maple Bank. Click here for map.
- We encourage folks to wear red or your regalia.
- Refreshments will be available at Maple Bank.
- A limited number of stickers, t-shirts, umbrellas, and hoodies will be available for sale: CASH ONLY PLEASE $10/sticker, $20 t-shirt or umbrella, $40/hoodie.
- Vehicle support available for those who need it. There is no parking available at Admirals Plaza. We encourage folks to carpool, arrive early to park at Maple Bank, get dropped off, or to utilize public transit.
