Surrounded by Cedar Child & Family Services Society’s Board of Directors invites you to our upcoming Annual General Meeting, on Thursday October 30, 2025.

Our meeting will be hosted on beautiful lək̓ʷəŋən territory at the Victoria Scottish Community Centre (1803 Admirals Road, Victoria, BC). Click for map here.

Registration will open at 4:30pm, dinner will be served at 5:00pm, followed by a presentation of the INVINCIBLES – a storytelling project envisioned written, and created by Indigenous Youth in Care at 5:30pm, and conclude with Business and Board Elections starting at 6:30pm. Enjoy a meal catered by Island Culinary Services and hear about the work of our organization for the 2024/2025 year.
